We are handling the products that require a high precision and quality in various fields. These include precision parts for machines and mechatronics, exterior parts of robots and apparatus for clean room and parts for cold working tools and molds etc.
Not only the general materials such as iron, stainless steel and aluminum and difficult-to-machine materials. We also have succeeded in cutting and processing plastics such as Acrylic and Duracon.
As for the new field, we have industrialized the parts formation of unique plastic using automatic molding machine were manufactured.

■We deal with the development of the hot forming machines of unique resins by ourselves. We process most of manufacturing and assembling parts in our company and eight machines are working fully every day.

In terms of injection molding of plastic such as duracon and molds for hot forming of unique resins, we correspond in the whole process starting from designing, manufacturing and to the trial hitting of the product.
